Madame Pamela,
With gratitude I write on behalf of my family, wellwishers, friends and sympathisers as well as myself, to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your humanitarian gesture.
I have always dreamt of life on the better side but spirits have been very low lately. Fortunately, people like you have always pumped fresh hope into my heart. God being the ONLY one to quantify my sincere gratitude to you is also the ONE I implore to reward you with the best of rewards. May He continue to give you the heart and wherewithal to help those in need.
Thank you very much.
Yusupha Mbye,.Family and Loved ones.

COMMENT: BY ESSA BOKARR SEY.
Nation building cannot be without caring and sharing.
Once the vulnerable feel protected by laws and a caring people means society remains a guarantor. Humanity without welfare is no different from the jungle. If we want to be different from animals living in the wilderness, we must remain concerned where some are deprived by either natural or man made challenges. Sometimes we wonder why people raise pets when their neighbors are disadvantaged and deprived?
Sometimes we wonder why power remains a weapon against the powerless, voiceless, helpless minorities and vulnerable? Where law does not protect the latter means law has turned into a predator not a protector. Sometimes we wonder why that very power is not used as means to provide for those whose “provisions” are finish?
Access to resources is the best guarantee for the living.
END.
